Rhyolite or Leopard skin jasper is an igenous volcanic rock. It is actually an igneous rock that was once extruded from a volcano. It has very similar composition to granite rock. Granite stays underground and cools slowly over millions of years to produce crystyals whilst rhyolite explodes out of a volcano and cools too quickly in the atmosphere for crystals to from.These speckled or mottled rhyolite eggs are usually red to pink in colour Available in Medium and Large size.
