British Chalk fossils
A great site with many excellent photographs of chalk fossils. Especially good for echinoids. It also has a very good section about flint.
Gault Ammonite
The site is dedicated to the fossil ammonites of the Lower Cretaceous Albian (Gault Clay and Folkestone Beds) in Kent, South-East England. Fantastic photos of ammonites.
Sheppey Fossils
A very detailed site that describes the fossils to be found in the London Clay around the Isle of Sheppey, Kent. Plenty of really good photographs.

Focussing on Italian volcanoes- Stromboli and Etna. This is a really exciting site with hundreds of photographs, video clips and virtual reality panoramas. There are details on how to visit and climb to the top of Stomboli. (Everyone should do this once in their life - I did it in 1993!).
Charmouth Heritage Coast Centre
The longest established visitor centre on the Jurassic Coast World Heritage Site. The centre is free to all, with displays and interactive computer programmes about rocks, fossils, marine life and the surrounding countryside. The wardens are all qualified scientists and lead a range of walks and talks for everyone from the general public to school groups and amateurs scientists.
